The Rise and Rise of Islam

The Rise and Rise of Islam

Many Christians are torn in knowing how to respond to the rise and rise of Islam. The apparent Islamisation of our societies driven by fundamentalists and extremists; the terror which is knocking so loudly at our doors and yet, the many moderate Muslims who have nothing to do with what is going on.

On the one hand, we don’t want to be bigoted; on the other we feel a deep sense of unease and foreboding at what appears to be an inexorable march towards a future that looks every bit as unpleasant, as it does unavoidable.

So – I need your help. Can I ask you to watch the video of their segment linked in this post and tell me, does it represent …

(a) bad journalism,
(b) bad science,
(c) all of the above, or
(d) none of the above?

What You Really Think About Easter

What You Really Think About Easter

What I love about these Honest Answers Polls, is that I never know what the results are going to be. And our last poll about your experience of Easter was no exception. I was amazed that 53% of respondents said they looked forward to Easter more than any other time of the year. That’s very high. And yet 41% indicated that they struggled to connect with Easter.

So … what does that tell us?

Honest Answers Poll #4 – What Does Easter Really Mean to You?

Well, Easter’s just round the corner, so what I’d like to know is what Easter really means to you. That’s what this poll is all about.

Now please understand – I’m not asking you to tell me what you think it should mean, but rather what your actual experience of Easter has been. (Don’t worry, the poll is totally anonymous. I can’t even tell who’s responded, let alone how someone’s answered.)
